An unforgettable experience…
If you are a good skier and are looking for something a little out of the ordinary, try out this unforgettable experience on the legendary Sarenne slope... The world's longest black run! It sounds an intimidating prospect, one that makes you feel excited if you like a sustained challenge, and rather alarmed if you prefer to avoid the steep stuff and ski during the day in the comfort of knowing where you are in relation to the mountain.

Take the last cable car up to the top of Pic Blanc, to an altitude of 3,330m, and watch the sun set over a unique panorama. Enjoy the true spirit of the mountains in the company of qualified ski instructors and ski patrollers who welcome you to share nibbles and tipples in the comfort of their refuge, whilst you wait for the last of the light to disappear. Ski the 16km of the Sarenne slope and continue your evening with a mountain dinner at the Auberge de la Combe Haute. After a filling tartiflette and reflection on the accomplishment; you finish the evening off with a gentle ski back to the village of Huez where we can arrange for taxis to bring you back to your chalet.
